Items over $250 will come "Signature Required."  If you do not want Signature Required, you must let us know prior to your purchase.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all duties/taxes/import fees.

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return. We accept returned items if defective within 30 days of receipt.  If a damaged item needs to be returned, it is the BUYERS responsibility to pay return shipping charges.  We will pay shipping charges to send you a replacement unit. Including a note in the returned box will help us expedite the refund or exchange process. Refunds are issued only for the item that we cannot replace. Any shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Buyer is responsible for buying the correct item.  Failure to do so will cause a 25% restocking fee.  To avoid this fee, please call or email us BEFORE PURCHASING the item.

No returns after 30 days will be accepted. 

All repairs receive a courtesy cleaning on the face, and we also place our warranty stickers on there to ensure the customer doesn't open the radio. Any repairs/returns left at our facility for more than 120 days are considered ABANDONED. Any radios that are UN-REPAIRABLE, shipping is responsible for the owner of the radio. If the owner replaces the radio, and does not request the radio back, it is recycled complimentary.

ATTENTION: Units purchased AFTER February 1^st will carry a 90 Day Warranty with a 30 Day return policy.
