Original Car Audio
Items over $250 will come "Signature Required." If you do not want Signature Required, you must let us know prior to your purchase.
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all duties/taxes/import fees.
RETURNS
Returns being sent for a refund must be received by Original Car Audio within 30 days of the original delivery or will not be accepted. Returns received beyond this period will be processed at our discretion.
All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. If you purchased an incorrect item for your vehicle or simply do not need it this restocking fee will not be waived. Please contact us before you purchase if you are unsure.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable. If an item that was purchased with Free Shipping is sent back for a refund, a shipping cost of $20 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the cost paid by Original Car Audio.
All repairs receive a courtesy cleaning on the face, and we also place our warranty stickers on there to ensure the customer doesn't open the radio. Any repairs/returns left at our facility with no contact from the customer for more than 60 days are considered ABANDONED. Any radios that are UN-REPAIRABLE, shipping is responsible for the owner of the radio. If the owner replaces the radio, and does not request the radio back, it is recycled complimentary.
